Type: Independent Contractor, Commission per closing. Pay: $1,000 per closed transaction, paid on each A-to-B contract you secure that successfully closes. Reports To: Office Manager. Industry: US Real Estate Investing and Wholesaling.

Serve as the primary driver of getting properties under A-to-B contract.

Attend scheduled meetings (phone or video) with motivated sellers.

Identify seller motivation and assess property repair needs.

Build rapport and trust with sellers throughout the process.

Follow up consistently with sellers to keep deals moving forward.

Evaluate deals for profitability and fit with our buying criteria (tools and training provided).

Negotiate deal terms directly with sellers.

Get deals under contract (A-to-B).

Report pipeline activity and deal status to the Office Manager.

Real estate experience is a plus but not required.

Confident, empathetic phone and video presence, able to build trust with a stranger quickly.

Strong follow-up discipline; deals are won or lost in the follow-up.

Comfortable evaluating numbers: repair estimates, offer ranges, deal profitability.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Reliable internet connection and a working phone or computer.

Self-motivated; this is a commission-based role, so results drive your income.

Trustworthy with sensitive data, handling seller contact information and deal terms.

Willing and able to operate in compliance with all real estate laws applicable in your area.
